Spinnaker Microwave's Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty
A) Seller warrants to the Buyer that all goods when sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment, as evidenced by Sellers packing list or transportation receipt. Seller’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of goods (Seller’s option) which after examination have been determined to be defective. In no event shall Sellers liability for any breach of warranty exceed the net selling price of the defective goods.

B) Seller has no obligation or responsibility for goods which have been damaged or altered in any way by other then seller’s employees.

This warranty is the only warranty made by the seller and is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose are specifically excluded.

Return Material Authorization Request
For all items requiring service, regardless of warranty status, contact Spinnaker Microwave, Inc. for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Repair and Evaluation Costs
Warranty repairs will be made at no cost to the customer. Units that are not covered by Warranty, by age or nature of defect (Field Damage), should be returned with a PO for the cost of product evaluation. This cost can be determined when the request for a RMA number is made. As soon as the evaluation is complete and if the unit can be economically repaired, a repair quote will be sent to the customer. Evaluations or repairs will not be completed on returned items which are out of warranty without a purchase order authorizing
the evaluation / rework charges.

If an item is returned as a warranty repair and is determined by Spinnaker to be out of warranty,
a request for a purchase order for evaluation and/or repair will be sent to the customer immediately. Further work will not be done on the item until authorized by a purchase order.

Return Lead Time
Typical lead-time for return of repairs is 30 days or less after receipt of the unit and any required authorizations.
