If purchasing or reordering a standard component, please specify the Spinnaker Microwave part number annotated on the product datasheet, or the part number indicated on the last P.O.
If purchasing new or custom components, a datasheet with all applicable specifications and package details will be generated for you by our technical staff. Please be sure to verify all parameters match your expectations before placing an order.
All domestic orders may be placed factory direct or though a sales representative in your area. International orders must be placed through our overseas sales representative: Radar Systems Technology. Purchase orders are only excepted via fax, email or correspondence to: Spinnaker Microwave Inc., 3281 Kifer Rd, Santa Clara, CA 95051.
All orders are F.O.B. Santa Clara, CA with net 30 days terms for established accounts. A minimum of 3 credit references and bank information are required from new customers.
Shipments are made via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or the carrier specified by the purchase order, with freight charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Packaging is in accordance with best commercial practices.
